Im in the process of having a mini battery tray built, and might make a few more kits. For those of us who cant afford 225 for the full setup +s/h. The couple extra kits i make will include the bottom mounting plate that bolts to stock location, new 8in tie downs with wing nuts and rubber washers, and a metal plate to go over the battery top. This to me looks just like the Buschur from the pictures on their website. This is also designed around the Odyssey 680 battery.

Let me know if interested just trying to help out a couple guys who cant afford the mass production stuff.

The kit will work with both the stock intercooler and Busher Aftermarket Upper IC pipe so far since, these are the only two pieces i have sized up to make sure it would fit too so far.

Not sure what is a fair price. I know the tie down kit i bought at the auto store w/ metal bars,wingnuts, and rubber washers cost me $7. But i have not got a price from the metal shop on the plate yet. I figure it could range from 50-65 shipped including paypal fees just not sure what the final cost is yet.

Bought the Odyssey 680 @ www.batterymart.com they have them on sale right now for in the $80's.

Ok this is the final result guys. The tray is made from aircraft aluminum and will include the tray, (2) Threaded tie downs w/wing nuts & rubber washers, and a top tie down strap that will look like the 4th picture vs the 1st two. We decided to redo that piece and make it look a little cleaner vs the big square piece. The price of this kit will be $65 Shipped including paypal fees. Please pm me if interested i have 5 being made as we speak, and i'm not sure if i will have more made after that. Just want to help a few guys out that are like me and dont want to pay 225 for a battery kit. The battery used on my tray is the Odyssey PC680 from http://www.batterymart.com/battery.mv?p=ODY-PC680 with the optional SAE automotive terminals.
Total costs:
Odyssey PC680 $85.95
SAE Terminals $12.95
My Battery Tray kit $65.00
