Talking Vishnu Colorado Dyno Day

Ok Folks. Get on the list.
List name
and what upgrade you want.

Also we gotta find a dyno.

Oh and last thing. If you guys want to make it a ski day after the tuning day. That would be awesome.

Can a moderator Edit the title. I misspelle Vishnu.

In.

Fort Collins, Colorado.
Evo upgrades are constantly changing but right now my interest is the Xede w/tune.

I'm up for any ski/driving afterwards.

I'm in.

Stage 0 with tuning please

Can't ski, but definitely up for a good drive to play with the new power.

As for the AWD dyno, there's one in Parker that's supposed to be up and running at the end of this month.

Do you know what the place in Parker is called? Maybe we can contact them? Also where is Parker from Denver?

I might be in for a stage subzero or zero, all depends when he comes or if he comes.

This can be interesting. Don't let evolutionm members out of the loop. When push comes to shove, we all know talk is cheap.

Instead of wasting both our times and irritating people on this forum, just come on by the Dyno day in CO. After I get my work done, I'll be happy to demonstrate the XEDE for you. If you'd like, we can even arrange a little test on your DSM. You can tune whatever you want to tune. After that, I'll install and I'll tune the XEDE. The results will then be posted on the DSM forum for everyone to see. I'll even pay for dyno time.

Cheers,

for you standing up for your product, Shiv. I am dying to see how well you can tune these cars for altitude. If it means attending this demonstration, I am there.

Not on our dyno and not on 91 octane. Please understand for a moment that you are comparing the numbers from two different dynos in two very different conditions. I'll be out at Pruven and BMTranny soon enough. I suspect the Dynojet and 93 octane will generate the numbers that the DSM are expecting.

If not, conventional engine theory is wrong and actual ignition timing control and 3D boost mapping is useless.

Now please go away or i'll have to whip out the delete and starting blocking you DSM kids.

Besides, if you went with another vendor, that $1695 could buy you a hell of alot more parts than the 2 parts Vishnu will send you. That is what really matters.

Maybe that is what matters most to you. I know what a 16G turbo is capable of, I have one on my GSX, as well as many other parts that I put on. I was in the DSM scene since 95 (my car was built up before yours was even manufactured), and the scene used to be way more civil than it is now (during the days of the Talon Digest, when we all helped each other, instead of bickering like children). Although I still have my GSX, I am glad I am not associated with all the know-it-all DSM geniuses who can tune their cars so well 10 years after the real pioneers did it. Perhaps some of us have different needs than "all the parts I can get $1000". Sorry you all know so much and are afraid of change, but can't we all just get along? I repeat, show me another option to get 50 crank HP with a catback exhaust and a plug and play computer ONLY, and I (and others like me) may consider it...

this is a beautiful thread. Discussions like these are what forums are about! An easy solution would to have an Evo tuned by Vishnu, and one without and see what kind of numbers they put up on the dyno. (Both stock of course) I'd like to come and watch
