Is there patch out to make the AUX work while driving? I'd love to be able to hook up my ipod through the RCA jack and watch videos. I did the DVD hack and that works great but when I go to AUX and start driving the screen goes to "Cannot be displayed while driving." Also is there any special cable needed to get ipod video out to RCA? I bought the one that goes from headphone jack to RCA and I get audio but no video (even when parked). Do I need the cable that connects through the ipod connector on bottom to RCA?

No patch for any version of the MMCS to get Aux-in-motion.
Not sure if installing the switch to disable the GPS works for Aux-in-motion, but if it works for DVD, then why not Aux-in-motion

Be careful...I downloaded the patch burned it to a CD R...popped it into the player and it crashed. THe dealer had no idea what was wrong with and put in a new one. Must have been a corrupted file or bad download but I am not doing that again....

Ok, I have read all the forums and posts on the "movie while driving hack" but I am not sure if I'm willing to risk my NAV for the results. Everyone keeps asking if they have found the fix yet, they say yes, but is it truly a fix. The reason why I'm rambling is that some peoples NAVs are crashing, going black, not working. Also people are having to burn like 10-15 CDs to correctly up load the correct files or whatever. Some have even had to take their cars back to the dealership to get new NAVs put in. It just seems to me, the possible headache you have to go through to get it to work would not be worth it, especially running the risk of crashing the NAV player or having to go back to the dealership to get a new one.
