Wow, very nice. Glad it all worked out, sorry about the turbo not being clocked correctly, that's a bit odd, have to get on somebody about that

Let me know what it runs, tracks are still open there right?

Awesome man! Two questions for you: first, what cams are you using? Second, what turbine housing are you using on that turbo? Torque seems to come on a little later than some other HTA's I've seen.

Ok, three: Any reason in particular you chose the tubular manifold design versus BR's cast manifold setup?

Dave, tracks are closed here for the winter, I know weak.

He has a new g-tech on the way so I am sure he will post those results after it gets in.

Scorke
It should be in the ball park, it picked up 100awhp over the previous setup and thats' what matters the most to me.

yeah and with a stock MAS I'm not sure if it would make any real difference but I'll keep it in mind if I want more power later.

yeah I figured it was a fluke... I got to know my turbo a little better, that's all

sadly the tracks just closed, however I've taken my g-tech to the track and found that it was dead on with the 20g setup I had. So I'll at least get an idea about where I am until they open back up in the spring and I can get something official on paper.

HKS 280, stock springs and retainers, 8k rev limit

whatever comes with the kit /me peers at DB

not sure what to say about the torque thing were they on pump gas? stock mas? same boost? gotta compare apples to apples or it doesn't tell you much.

I chose the tubular manifold because I wanted the best plus it's sexy and I want panties to fall right off when I raise the hood.

HAHA! I love it!

The torque #'s I'm looking at are referenced here:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...9&postcount=25
Your car looks in-line with car #2 in that post, whereas car #1 makes torque a solid 500rpms sooner. DB vaguely said the only difference was the turbine housing, but this was never confirmed. These two cars were tuned on AEM by Dave Buschur, had built motors, and bigger cams (BF272). I am seeing more HTA35R cars now looking like car #2 in that post, and it makes me less interested in it for a DD than an green. Car #1 on the other hand, looks not so bad!

Thanks Mellon for the great review. Very well done.

gotcha...I might be able to improve the tune, I've only spent about an hour on it total once I got the injectors scaled...sort of a quick and dirty to get it running. Also it's DLL so take it with a grain of salt...in fact take it with a bag of salt

there's a thread on this forum for cars with 500+ awhp on stock internals and there's quite a few people posting dyno graphs in there.. Most people stop around the 500-600 range but there's a few guys at 680awhp
