Extreme Turbo Systems Service (VERY Satisfied Customer)

Hey,

Writing a review for the blokes at ETS because of their completely fabulous after-sales Service.

A bit of background first, I come from Singapore, which is the other side of the world from the USA, so buying parts from a US dealer has always been a bit of a worry because of the after-sales support, since we're WAY out of their locality.

First up, ordered a HTA35 and HTA3076 kit from ETS, one with equal length, one with unequal length manifolds.

I was surprised when the stuff was delivered and I saw two HTA35s instead. I emailed Michael over at ETS and sent him the pictures, telling him that they had mucked up my order. I was expecting I'd have to foot the shipping back to the US etc.

I also had problems with clearance for the unequal length manifold, my radiator could not fit when the HTA35 was installed with the unequal length manifold, but the equal length one had no problems.

ETS took care of the shipping of both the manifold and the turbo and allowed me to just top up for another equal length manifold. I was very impressed with their after-sales service, especially since I'm so damn far away.

So kudos to Michael and the folks at ETS, a big two thumbs up!

yeah ETS has always done good things for me as well,i ordered alot of parts for my gsx eclipse and everything was right and shipping right on time

Great bunch of guys that truly have their s#*t together. Called for simple piping upgrade shipped my stuff to them since my EVO's been down anyway. Crew had my stuff ready to ship back in 2 days.

Michael and Chirs you guys rock customer service at it's best A++ in taking care of us. Then there is the parts that come out of the shop. Amazing pieces and fitment is painless.
