Finding a trustworthy parts store?
Do you guys have any tips on finding trustworthy performance shops? Because everytime i go to one it seems like they are trying to " get one over" on me and nothing has prices on it which leads me to believe they charge you more if you don't look like you know what your talking about.

first you need to be an informed consumer. just because one shop or site always carriers low prices for most items, does not mean another which usally has higher prices may not have a few items for cheaper. read and research many different sites and vendors and go in there with firepower and ask for a price match. if they dont want to play tell em you will take your buisness else where.

I have gotten quite a few items from Buschur Racing and AWD motorsports and received great service from both.

It sucks, but it's almost always trial and error and reading reviews on the forum. If you have any questions regarding a product, we are more then happy to help you.
Thanks!
Michael

Wow, thanks Eric I've also had great experiences with DriveLine Motoring
EDIT: Also, Michael's right. It is a trial and error experience. Even we have been burned and it's never any fun. Also, please keep in mind that a lack of a posted price is not intended to get one over on the consumer in the slightest. There are sometimes restrictions on advertised prices. I try not to make a habit of hiding prices, but sometimes it is necessary to keep them to private emails, phone calls, or PMs on a forum.
