If they werent good they couldnt have lasted all these years starting with DSM's and expanding to other platforms. The only reason why I didnt get my drivetrain issues figured out with them was a phone call an hour late. Also anybody that can help military with a passion has my support.

I find it very odd to see so many positive reviews. I guess its really too bad that I have to clutter it with a negative review, but hey, it is what it is.
I have been a patron of SBR since 2002. They usually beat other vendors pricing (especially when I place multiple/large orders). Even though I get good pricing, the all so popular "we have it in stock or it will be 4-5 business days to ship" is used by them, when its just a lie. Anyway, fast forward from 2002 to 2009.
I ordered a Quarter Master twin disc clutch from SBR. They gave me a hell of a deal on it. I received the clutch very quick (to my surprise). After spending 2 days trying to get it to work, the clutch wouldnt engage for "what ever reason". The shop had their point of view and Quarter Master had theirs.
QM were awesome, and easy to deal with. They took back the clutch and refunded SBR the credit immediately. I called SBR to confirm the refund and they never asnwered my call nor responded to my messages. 3 weeks passed after QM credited SBR for the clutch , and I still didnt get my refund from SBR. So I called Discover Card to refute the charges. Luckily, customers of the CC companies have ALOT of power. I received the credit (that the CC company pulled from SBR) within that same day!
Thumbs up for Discover Card.
Thumbs down for SBR. (tisk tisk)

I tried to work a deal out with SBR a while ago to get some sponsorship help from them. They offered me a great deal but never followed up with it, and after me sending them tons of pms and they never responded back i just gave up on SBR.
