Thumbs up STM Build

So this build started about 7 months ago. I deployed through the military and planned on doing a new setup for my car. I have had work done by STM before and was very pleased by everything in the past. The customer service and everything was great.

So my car went to STM in March to get a FP Red, Kelford 272, 1050 injectors, AEM EMS, JMF O2 Dump, JDM Rear, JDP front lip, AEM gauges, Buschur Race FMIC, STM smoked markers, rear diffuser.

I was in constant communication with STM through EVOM and everything while my car was there. I returned about a week ago and they were still waiting for parts for the RED which sucked and got me a little fed up, which i took a little out on Emery from STM. Not once did he get angry or anything with me being a jerk. Which i later realized i was being this way for no reason and mistreated him very unfairly. However he kept professional and talked to me about the situation.

Now we get to this week. I received a phone from Emery on tuesday saying all the parts were in and installed and it just needed a tune. So he told me it would be placed on the Dyno Wed night and Tue night he did all the starting tuning and everything. So around 1030 Wed night I receive a phone call from STM telling me my car is fully tuned and just coming off the dyno. I dont know how many companys will stay all night to tune your car, or even give you a phone call that late to know your car is done. So i flew into Rochester Thursday night to pick up my car and discuss my future plans of upgrades.

The final results were 373 hp and 313 tq on 93 with 23PSI. My car has never pulled so hard or felt so fast. It is just such an amazing tune and feels so fast. I did a 2nd gear pull and i went from 20 to 80 in about 4 sec if that. The best part about the tune is the driveability in the lower gears. I am venting to the atmosphere and normally a car will jerk or buck and my car is so smooth. The idle is steady at 1000-1100. And just first and 2nd gear regular driving is great. Alot better than some stock Evo's i have rode in.

STM is by far the greatest shop i have dealt with and they treat your car like your own. My engine bay was cleaned for me, the exterior detailed, and a couple small things i had wrong fixed.

I appreciate everything you guys in STM have done, Emery, Cory, Shawna, Brian, and everyone. Also i would like to thank Brian from M1 for my jdm rear, and John from JDP for my front lip. Everything is great. For dyno video and pictures check out Cessna's Project RS @ STM thread in the show and shine.

Chris
