I considered going with the Eboost2 for that feature a while back. The only reason I'd consider changing the greddy out now is if I decide to run more than 43psi (the max it can control) I'm happy with it.

Scheides, I think you should personally line up next to mellon and show him that bad boy gm solenoid and then see if the minor differences of the EBC and gm solenoid truly do make a difference

When did you make full boost by with your hta3582r? Also when do you make full boost by with your hta3586r? I am trying to decide between these two turbos, and I can't make up my mind. Right now I have a t3 60-1 with a p-trim turbine in a .82ar housing. I am only making 5psi at like 5-5200rpm. I hate the lag. Also the top end isn't worth the lag. I don't mind lag as long as there is something worth waiting for. Thanks.

Don't be silly. I'm just trying to give friendly advice/ideas to someone who's doing amazing things with their car. If he doesn't want to even try it, I will roll my eyes but still drool in amazement at how fast it is.

I don't blame you for that! Scheides talked me into a GM BCS and I've regretted it since day 1. First I tried load-based and that was just dumb, then I dropped another $150 on a JDM 3-bar MAP sensor and that was a lot better, but still time-consuming and tedious to adjust. I wish I would have stayed with the $38 Joe P MBC since they are cheap, effective, and easy to adjust.

man looking like you have boost creep issue too even with a 44mm WG. I guess my issue is normal.

Try harder. Just because you haven't spent the time to make it work doesn't mean it sucks. I have been using this setup for a year and a half, love it.

Mellon's right, he does not. That's the reason I'm suggesting the ecu controlled boost, instead of a static hz value boost onset can be improved and top end can be leveled off.

Scheides, ECU boost control would not work for what we do. We race on a road course and time is very limited. For every pit stop, we have others crap to look at rather than trying to adjust the ecu boost table. MBC is a better setup for me.
