Buschur Racing Bushwacker transmission upgrade review
Not too long ago everything was moving along nicely with my EVO and it's stock 05 5-speed transmission. Multiple 10 second passes on 93 octane with the stock ecu/mas too  I started powershifting the tranny and it very quickly started letting me know that I'm an a-hole  I called up David which put in me in touch with Dan Buschur to discuss my options. Dan had a good idea about what failed and quoted me a great price on the upgrade service. Within a week or so my tranny was back to me in tip top shape again and ready for the beating of it's life 
My EVO is my daily driver and weekend warrior so It's very important to me that it works great at all times. I did experience a few 8500rpm lock outs early on but after a few clutch pedal adjustments everything is working great. I've been beating on the car for a few months now without any problems even after some 700+awhp launches.
I'll be shooting for 9's on the stock ecu/mas very soon and I feel much better having the Bushwacker treatment backing me up

This is good to hear as Dan assured me of a quick turnaround. My car is a daily so that's rather important. Glad it's working for you.

Thank you very much, I'll be sure to pass this along to Daniel. The transmission service he does it kick butt for sure. Mine has been in my car for over 2 full seasons and has gone as fast as 9.0, pretty impressive.

Daniel will never cease to amaze me. His talents are far beyond what most on these forums will ever understand. He's one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Why I ever talked him into selling me a backup is beyond me. The one in the car is the original build that he ever did for us, still no issues. We changed the clutch out to a Tilton, but not one single transmission glitch. Thanks goes out to Dan for such great work.

I have 1 to... figured I would jump on the band wagon as well I had to have mine rebuilt once after the 1st he did it, but it was NOT his fault... DAMN 3in throttle bodys and there hangin up
