I had a problem with CVR. I ordered PF rotors and they led me on and on about how they were getting ready to ship, etc. After 2 months, I canceled the order, VISA refunded the $.
Still, glad to know I'm in the minority, I've heard no other horror stories and their prices are good. But after being lied to repeatedly, I'll never do business with them again.

I ordered an exhaust from them for my daily driver way back when they were still a growing company with no problems whatsoever. This was back in 2005/2006ish.

I ordered a CF VG from them around 4-1-09. After I paid for the item they stopped replying to my emails/messages. As of today I still don't have a tracking number even though they said one day after I paid it was already picked up for shipping (I asked them if I could cancel my order, they said no cus "it was already picked up", also I had to call their shop to get an answer ). This is horrible customer service, I wish I never ordered from them.

I've never purchased anything from them but a buddy of mine spent some money with them. The items were delivered but not in the time promised. He was in a time crunch and needed the items delivered by a certain date. The item didn't ship until days after and they specifically mentioned it was "stocked and ready to ship". It was obvious that these items were not in stock and were in fact drop shipped. The funny thing is that once he was charged he was unable to reach them via email or phone. They decided to answer the phone once the items were well on their way. Perhaps these few instances are isolated but they still happened and people should know about it.

great prices, ordered twice from them. Just be sure that whatever you are buying be ready to expect 2 weeks to wait for the item to come. Sometimes they have it in stock and sometimes they don't. In the end the price you pay is cheaper than any other competitor so the waiting is worth it.

3 weeks since I ordered my part and still no reply/tracking number after 3 weeks. wth is going on??? very disappointed with their service
