Amazing Magnus Cast Intake test +35hp

This has to be one of the best intakes I have ever tested. It allways seems anything other then stock will allways have some kind of give and take. Not with this intake we did not lose any hp in the low end and only made power. Looks like Marco vengeances really paid of in building this bad boy.

All we did was bolt this intake on and did a quick street tune to get the AFRS dialed back in. Just putting the intake on leaned the car out quite a bit and the timing remained the same.

I have bolted 2 different sheet metal intakes on my car from the top shops and lost a ton of low end and picked up a few hp above 7k which made my car slower at the track since my peak hp is around 6k. I am positive after today this intake will take my car to the 520whp level on the stock turbo and closer to 130mph. I will have this intake on my car with in the next few weeks.

Wanted to thank Bob and Drift office for a great dyno day up here. We did 7 yesterday 9 cars today and 9 planed for tomorrow.

Real nice gains & no loss down low, impressive for an AM IM. Being cast it shouldn't have any problems that sometimes plague SMIM's, looks nice alright.

I'll keep an eye out for your ride.....hell it impresses me with the stock turbo. It really is world class in my books mate

Congrats Mike and ER! I too have wanted to see what the AMS F1 will do on this car especially since it is a great test subject on stock cams! I had lots of fun and am very impressed to see the #'s you get Lucas when you put this on your car.

For a car with stock cams to pull this hard out the top is very impressive. The Magnus has kind of made second gear useless

Really at this point the car will most likely stay with this set up until we can get it to the track. Once it pulls the 10.9 that we know it has in it we will build the motor and run some s2's.

But i really can not say enough about this manifold. It is a work of art! Marco has out done himself.

I am absolutely ecstatic about the gains we saw with this manifold. I cannot give enough credit to Marco for engineering such a magnificent piece! The driveability is excellent with no loss in power down low. As always, I also have to give a big thanks to Lucas and Aaron... Oh and Ramses, don't count on me growing a pair and throwing the cams on with the stock block
