Does anyone have any further contact information for Jon @ TRE?

(Other than email or phone listed on the website)

There's been an issue that I'm finding it very difficult to communicate with him to resolve.

He is only there part time now, it is difficult to get a hold of him sometimes. I know he is very busy. I believe those are the only ways to reach him.

If he is only there part time, he should have someone there to fulfill customer's needs for items of theirs in his possession or that he has lost.

Ignoring calls and emails for weeks at a time is not acceptable to me.

Stupid me, I pulled out my rear end thinking this would be a simple thing ,send it off and it would be back in no time. Fotr the past week I can not get him to reply to my Emails about shipping. His business phone just rings, with no answering machine.

Would you blindly send a differential off to someone without communicating with them first?

How do you go from great customer service that others have quoted to this?.
I hope every thing is alright, might be in the hospital.

For your information, when he sent me the new TC it came with instruction how to break in after install....it was followed accordingly.

and if you are insinuating i launch it and drive the car crazy...you are mistaken my friend....its been years now since it happened but i will not forget that kind of people.

I am simply voicing my horrible experience with TRE....there is nothing for me to gain on this!

^ o yes Jon was well aware of symptom...he recommended change fluid again around 400 to 500 miles, so took it again to the shop did exactly what he said.

I even had him talk to my Tech and explained to him exact install procedure and jon concur he would do the same technique

You want more story?

As i posted above i have to settle for used 30k miles..
Guess what? after 500 miles it was leaking....i have to shell hundreds of dollar for re sealing...obviously, i notified Jon with disappointing result!

now, they might have good product but standing behind there warranty is two different story.

I just meant is there any reason they would've looked at the situation any differently, not saying you're lying
