I'll get around to swapping it out eventually...right now I'm having too much fun. Just did a blast on the autobahn and it feels great. The rain let up earlier so maybe I'll have some more results tonight.

Chris,
Just have fun with the .63 and your current setup now.. and swap to the .82 later, when you feel that you need more power and you are done maxing out the .63.. or if you feel the .63 is choking and limiting you Car sounds like it is really waking up with these new great Buschur products!!! Can't wait to continue to follow your build as always bro! Just makes me miss my car more and more every time I view your progress hehee

that's the plan Rob...I took my neighbor for a ride and I thought he was going to piss his pants when I drifted it around a corner roasting all 4 he had no clue it was anything other than stock with a big muffler until now

I reset the ecu and it's idling like a dream again, not sure what was up it's ass last night but it didn't want to idle for shiz. I did a boost leak test and it's better than ever.

nice bro!! but from what you have told me.. it could end up fluctuating again .. hopefully NOT though!! did the boost leak test reveal any big, problematic leaks?

I didn't find any boost leaks at all, apparently resetting the ecu did the trick, it's been fine for hours now after a few flashes too.

got tied up helping customers and my neighbor stopped by but I finally got out there to do some runs. I added 1* of timing and a little fuel where it's trying to lean out a bit. IDC is now 90% peak and DLL shows 553awhp...my laptop is in the car so I'll post up the pics later.
I setup the g-tech just to see where I am. I have on the street tires so I just rolled out easy through first
60' 2.8
et 13.0
mph 126.7
I was distracted watching for knock and banged the limiter a few times and shifted slow for what it's worth.
I pulled the log and again zero knock...amazing. I added 1* of timing and started a 3rd gear pull and the slip fit joint popped loose on the exhaust which startled me...the metal dragging on the ground made me wonder if I just scattered the motor hah.
I slipped it back together, limped it home and just finished tightening it back down, watched some southpark and ate some chicken
heading back out to see what the 1* of timing did for me...this puts it at 4* timing more than the old setup pre BR shorty/head/cams and let me tell you, it was tuned to the edge being my own car...just one more pound of boost or degree of timing and it would have induced minor knock for sure. This new setup has exceeded my expectations on pump gas with the stock ecu/mas on 93 octane.

ok, drove up and did my 3rd gear pull now with 4* more timing over the previous setup:
still zero knock
now 92% IDC peak
I decided to do another g-tech with a lame 1st gear roll out, but I didn't hit the limiter and my lift to shift was faster.
g-tech
60' 2.65
1/8 8.49 @ 98.45
1/4 12.40 @ 129.16
here's the DLL 570! and there's clearly more in it, this new setup is blowing me away, I didn't think it would make THAT much difference on 93 octane.

If you think that way, don't say I didn't warn you about bringing an extra set of Hanes with you.

you'd think you were talking about a 200shot of nitrous, simmer down over there it's just a minor change from .63 to .82
