ok, the rain finally lifted long enough to do a few pulls. I had to add a ton of fuel at 5500-6500 in particular and finally I got the AFR pretty close to where I wanted it...never a hint of knock. As I suspected I was able to add 2* of timing from 4500 to redline and here's an overlay of the stock shorty/head/hks 280 vs br shorty/head/bf 272. A nice gain up top for sure and the car definitely feels faster. The road was a little wet in one part of my test track and it sure was interesting hazing the tires through from 5000 to the top of 3rd gear I feel like I can add another degree or two of timing but I ran out of time tonight...I never saw any high rpm knock at all.
Now that the tune is semi dialed in I'm thinking about trying some NGK 9's to replace the 8's which are 1 heat range colder than stock. Anyone having success with the 9's? The foul out on the Stealth but haven't tried them on my EVO before.
The AEM 5 bar pressure sensor and .82 for the HTA 35R came in today, thanks BR! It's missing the gaskets though??? Doesn't matter right now, I plan on seeing what I can do with the .63 before I install the .82.
ok here's the DLL overlay

Excellent video of you on the 35R in your sig. The device recording on your dash, that is? I like how much boost your 2 step gives you off the line!!
Car sounds extremely strong and leaves in a damn hurry. Congrats sir, always love your videos.

thanks, I was using my Panasonic PV-GS250 DV camera + stickypod to hold it on the driver's window while I made the pull.
the road is dry this morning and althought the DLL doesn't show a huge increase the car sure does feel stronger than before. I can't wait to resume tuning on it tonight.

I don't think going from .63 to .82 is going to make that noticeable of a difference at 30psi, I'm more concerned with 35-40psi. But maybe I'm wrong.

i disagree chris, i think the .82 housing is really going to wake everything up. thats pretty nasty power for 93, but its normal on buschur builds
i have 526 but, im running 100 oct and 12.0 afrs to get that kind of power lolol
