believe me that went through my head haha. I think I've got it figured out now...did a bunch of blasts last night and never lost a pipe but I do need to leak test it again to make sure that it's going to be reliable.

I finally made some time to work on my car, the boost leaks seem to be fixed so I was able to get on with the tuning. I tried many techniques to make more power and the car just wasn't consistent/stable at higher boost regardless of fuel/timing adjustments so I ended up rolling back. DLL shows 612awhp currently so I'm leaving it there. I'll hit the track friday night with the slicks and see if I can get a decent 60' and a clean pass. I'm going to be lifting during shifts so that 10.99 @ 130 on 93 octane is going to be hard for me but i'll give it my best effort. Wish me luck.
the g-tech showed 129.x mph last night but I did have half a tank of gas + my wife's suv floor jack + tool box, so it might do a hair better unloaded.

It's my daily driver and I don't want to risk trashing the syncros/gears for a few tenths/mph. I need to get my Stealth up and running again so I have another car. The wifey doesn't like commuting with me

I'm sure that's easier on them instead of doing it manually the old fashioned way. I tried the tephra nlts but didn't like it, I kept missing gears and it just plain didn't feel natural. Admittedly I didn't do much tweaking and didn't spend much time with it. that was a long time ago.

tephra nlts isn't that bad...i do know what you mean about the naturality of it though...but playing around with the rpm drop, i found it best 500-800....i was gonna head to track today, but a little frustrated with how my bumper is looking and i rather get these little things fixed before blowing 30$ for 3 lowsy runs.

Nvm I just answered my own question.
I can't wait to see your final results. Are you still going to go ahead and do a c16 tune?

last night I was looking at my fuel map and not really liking the shape of it due to the stock ecu trying to do lean spool and the second pump coming in at low boost.
I scrapped the entire fuel map and started from a blank sheet of paper so to speak. I rescaled the loads and rpm columns for much more resolution at high rpm and got rid of the redundant low rpm rows that pretty much have the same values.
I disabled lean spool and the car was much easier to tune. I started with my same ole timing map that's good to 32psi+ but began tuning at 20psi and worked my way up little by little to perfect it.
keep in mind the timing was for 32psi so at 20psi-30psi it didn't have as much timing as it could have but I did optimize the fuel at each boost.
20psi 421 306
26psi 507 362 (6psi = 86hp) (1psi = 14.3hp)
28.5psi 538 400 (2.5psi = 31hp) (1psi = 12.4hp)
29.7psi 563 413 (1.2psi = 25hp) (1psi = 23.8hp)
32psi 601 436 (2.3psi = 38hp) (1psi = 15.6hp)
average gain per psi = 16.5hp
average gain per psi throwing out the high and low (freaks) = 14.9psi
so roughly 1psi increase was worth 15hp
starting boost was 20psi or 421ahp and it was raised to 32psi for a 12psi gain x average 15hp per psi = 601awhp
I had to stop there, my tactrix cable seems to have a short which means I won't be able to log at the track Friday night
