PPI Boost Leak Tester.
I had recently purchased a PPI Boost leak tester, I saw it when looking through the vendor section and this is a top notch product. I PMed PPI about it and got a reply within minutes and even gave me a great price!
Tried this out when I got it, came packaged great, found some horrible leaks I knew I had and took care of them.
Good things about it, it has the pressure release valve, gauge on top and came with Tbolt clamps to ensure you its not coming off. I had had bad experiences with others due to flying off my big turbo during testing, not this one!

not to knock on their product cause it does look like a nice piece , but you can build one for less then 10 bucks from home depot and works just the same.

Not quite. Something with a guage on it, and T-bolt clamps is going to cost you closer to $20 or slightly more.
Wayne - you should offer a model with a fitting for an air compressor line. That way you can just keep the air compressor connected while you listen for leaks. Better yet put a valve on it also so it can act like the shrader valve you have on it now.
Thats what I did and it works great.

My biggest question using air compressor is how do you drop the pressure to be about 25 or 30 psi to test for leaks? Not sure if my pressure regulator goes that low.

I have a big compressor in my attic runninng through a seperate filter/regulator in the garage. This lets me drop the pressure as low as I want. I'm sure you could buy an add on regulator if your's does not go low enough.

This is one of the best parts ive bought for my Evo.
You Cannot build this at home for $10, I have several homemade ones and none compare to this. Gauge on top with relief button and T bolt clamps. I had an issue with my homemade ones blowing off the turbo, but this one sticks with these clamps and couplers.

Thats a pretty good idea too. This is the air chuck I have which will lock onto the valve stem so it does the same thing you are referring to .
Sometimes though its hard to listen for leaks if air is running into the system or if the air compressor is running.
