There are procedures and rules for posting a negative review posted at the top of this section. If a user does not follow these rules, the thread will be removed untill such time as they have complied. This is done for two reasons: So that we may mediate the situation for a mutual solution Protecting businesses from unreasonable or inaccurate attacks Read the rules/procedures here.
