READ THIS before posting or repling to a NEGATIVE review!

Before posting a negative review, one must follow some guidlines or it may be removed. Negative reviews can have a heavy impact on a businesses reputation and sometimes they are uncalled for or avoidable due to a miscomunication. Most complaints we deal with are a simple miscomunication that are easily resolved even when they do not appear this way at first.

If you have a problem with a business and would like to make a negative review, you must first:
  • Contact the business and express you complaint to try to resolve.
  • If this fails and they are an EvoM vendor, contact an Admin, and we will attempt to validate and mediate. Your thread will be removed if you skip this step.
  • If all fails, follow the guidline below for how to make a negative review

Guidlines for a negative review:
  • First hand experiences only. No "I saw this about them" or "My friend" stories.
  • State the facts, all of them. If there is another side to the story that you are leaving out, this may result in the review being removed or you looking dumb when the business responds.
  • Do not post a link for a review or thread from another site as your review
  • Try to leave emotion out of it where possible.
  • No name calling or bashing
  • If the matter can be resolved, state that and how. This improves you odds of getting it resolved
  • If the matter does get resolved, be sure to incude that in your original post

Rules for Replying to a review thread
  • All rule above apply if you would like to add your personal experience
  • Absolutely no comments about experience that anyone but you had
  • Realize that their are often 2 sides to a story and do not be quick to condem
  • Useful comments only. If your reply is not going to contribute to the discussion, do not post.
