I'd get a freaking lawyer and sue both the seller and Fedex! This is wrong! If you paid with your CC, submit a claim through your CC or Bank.

just got done talking with the seller. He says he doesn't have my money anymore, and he'll see....about getting me the 450. but that it wouldn't be until next week.

What dude, you are mot being logical. How could he sell rims he did not have? Also, call your CC and do a Chargeback period. Also, make a claim with Paypal.

Dude that's B.S. I'd def at least talk to a lawyer. Fedex shouldnt return them and deny you a refund. And I would file a complaint with whomever you made payment through. It's pretty much undelivered goods.

Both of you (buyer and seller) needs to talk and file a complaint to FedEx, One time I shipped a CF trunk and upon delivery, the buyer saw that the corner was chipped. Fedex refunded the declared value of the item. Also, you have to show proof how much was the price of the item. (ebay or vendors)

OK, for all the people that didn't read the whole thread...
We both filed claims with FedEx ( with all photos, and letters from the FedEx employee that packaged them....along with receipts of payment, and everything that they asked for was sent.)
FedEx told me that a claims investigator was coming out to look at the wheels. Instead a delivery man came, said there was no visible damage, and then they shipped them back to the seller.
I didn't know that FedEx had denied the claim before he resold the wheels ( or I would have had them shipped back)
I did make a claim with papal, and they cant do anything if I didn't buy it off of ebay!!!!! The only way is if it didn't show up at all.
I only paid for half with my debit card, used the other half with moneys in my papal account.
In end...........Im screwed!

That is so untrue it is not even funny.. Did you call your bank? Paypal is not only for ebay so how can they tell you they only do something if it was bough on ebay.

I've spent god know how many hours on the phone, and writing countless letters to Paypal, and Fed ex., and I'm not just going to make up some crap to screw myself out of getting a refund.
PAYPAL WILL NOT COVER ITEMS UNLESS BOUGHT ON PAYPAL, ORRRRR IF THE ITEMS NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE!!!!
And if you took the time to read, you would clearly see that I paid using a DEBIT CARD, AND PAYPAL FUNDS. NOT WITH A CREDIT CARD.
If you don't believe me than call paypal your self.
