I was selling a set of rods and a crank, and planned on using a stock 2.0 crank and making it a long rod 2.0 build. Well the guy contacted me on ebay, I corresponded a few times. Anyways, being a little aprehensive I waited a little time in between payment and shipment to make sure I was not going to get screwed. Which I admit was not a good plan as it eventually backfired, but he still wanted the parts. And I was not comfortable that he would unlock my paypal account if his parts were sent. So low and behold his cousin turns out to be jesse at afi (arizona forced induction) and I have done several thousand dollars worth of business with him, and several thousands of dollars of transactions with people he knows and deals with on a pretty regular basis. He wouldnt commit to my terms and I was not going to commit to his. So I cleared my paypal account by sending in 1300 dollars to have him paid for. Below is a clear screen shot showing that I have $0.00 ballance and another screen shot showing his payment after sending me bills through paypal.


And also for further proof, pictures will be taken of the stroker kit thats still sitting here, proving that I had it, and was awaiting him to stop trying to take my 1300 and parts.

Ok first i have never talked to jesse one time about your parts and the stuff between me and you. hell i dont think ive talked to jesse in 3 mos and that was about some mounts and intake for the evo. and our occasional turbo chat. you got your money back, you did a credit card chargeback which left me -1300 in the hole. i was then being harrassed by paypal about going to collections so i paid it.

Less10 why not to clear it up get a certified letter from paypal stating your account was flagged by a user for money loss and they took 1300 from you to reembursh him. Its not that hard just call them and have them shoot your a email. Pete why dont you do the same if you never got the money get them to send you a letter stating they still are trying to aquire payment from Dennis. that will solve/clear this mess up. Also put others at ease. My question is if he has a lean against him his account should be susupended and or negative 1300 but he said he cleared it which would make his balance 0 unless he got other money in there etc...

I have sent my story to the mods twice with no response yet. He claims to have located my package in Arizona, I live in Maryland, it was shipped from Missouri???? No idea how that happened or if that is just another time buying lie. He says that the package is being re routed back to him and that this time he will get a tracking number for it when it ships so we can both track it. I guess I just have to wait and see if he comes through or not. I only paid a small portion in cash, traded gauges for the rest so I am not sure how I can file any kind of claim with Paypal or Google checkout.

What is the story with your deal with him? Have you been able to do anything?

You do realize I shipped the title and bill of sale with the car in the glovebox or are you to dull to understand? You really have no clue what your talking about, the only reason I dont have an ebay account anymore is because I didnt pay the $1 listing fee and stopped using paypal. Which is a part of my boycot of them, I refuse to use them and continue to make them money when they treat people like they do. And paypal is not going to tell you if I called no matter how many times you ask them, its called personal confidentiality. LetsGo82nd knows fully whats going on, I have no problem with him going behind my back and pming everyone and their brothers I would as well. His dash will be going to him as soon as it finagles its way back to me. And I figure out why it was in AZ and not PA or CT wherever he lives.
