im with you man...its jacked up that he got disabled for being crystal clear....IMO if it was just rebuilt by FP and the warenty is transferable then it is new...

ahh thats hella cool your brother is coming though for you. Its too late my red is gone for good. i sent it back to fp as i was contacted and they stated they will convert it for me. Then i get called on friday and they are like your red is actually brand new im like yea so they put it back on the self to send out with a batch of reds and sent me a black i only paid for the oil line  should get my invoice sometime next week

The warranty doesnt work that way. If the turbos sent to FP and its not abused its automatically warranteed. With this turbo, it would most certainly be covered.

LOL not exactly....Unless you work for FP and will guarantee that statement, you really should not make such claims....Most vendors do not warranty used products - only to the original buyer....

Its warranteed regardless who it comes from for up to 1 year after purchase date. Why do you think the turbos are stamped? so go "LOL" to someone else.

Sorry bud, but just last week I spoke to FP and got a very different answer. So like I said, if you work for FP and want to put that in writing then great, otherwise you are not a vendor, don't represent FP, and should not respond accordingly.
