yup will fit perfectly. the evo 8 and 9 engine are the same bro only real difference is mivec but thats in the head not the intake. so it will fit perfect you will need to get a filter and silcone hoses but other then that pipe is perfect condition i got another chrome pipe to match my chrome upper/lower so this has to go.
