I am pulling the motor this friday and sending the short block to ams for a 2.3l stroker and swaping the 30r for a 35r so I am going with the ams race core  .

It was great to be honest, We ran it at the dyno when it was over 100* outside alone and it took all day for it to even get remotely heat soaked. I would keep it but I am going with the ams vsr intake manifold and the ams race core comes with the piping for it so I dont have to make my own or mod my current one.
