Yes, my beloved White MR is for sale. She has treated me oh so well like my other Evos....no engine problems, transmission problems, or any problems in general....other than being my worst money pit yet

.
Many of you know my car and the caliber of parts, the attention to detail, and the amount of care it saw. this has been the funnest/fastest/cleanest/nicest Evo I've owned to date, and it will be missed.
General Information:
Year/Make/Model: 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR
Color: Wicked White
Current Mileage: 36,3xx
VIN: PM/Email Me
Carfax: Clean as a clean whistle
-I'm the second owner. The first owner was a 38 year old gentlemen (at the time I purchased the car) and bought the car from South Coast Mitsubishi brand new. He owned it up until 10,128 miles.
-Current mileage is going to change. It's a daily driver so this number will go up a little bit before it's actually sold.
-Mechanically, the car is BONE STOCK. Down to the boost lines, tune, etc...
History of the car:
I got the car Februrary 23rd, 2008. It was previously a car in the September 2007 Issue of Turbo Magazine, and had a bunch of nice JDM parts on it. Mechanically, it sported a ARC Intake Box, ARC Front Mount Intercooler, no-name small diameter downpipe, and ARC Cat-Back Exhaust. No boost controller, no tune, nothing but some incredibly simple bolt on modifications. The rest was cosmetic, from engine dress up pieces to a more then decent coilovers and some Volk RE-30’s.
The first day I got the car, I had already changed the wheel set up; this would go on to change up through 14 different sets of wheels. The suspension was off and sold, and was replaced by a Robispec Clubsport system with all the extra goodies to make it the full package; about two weeks after this install I drove down to St. Louis to participate in the Redline Time Attack, weekend April 20-21st. I put on a few more simple modifications, like a titanium test pipe, lower intercooler pipe, EVC 6 boost controller set to 23psi, and a tune made with track safety and reliability in mind. I ran with what felt like 330whp/330wtq(Dynojet) from April 2008 until October 2008. The weekend of the time attack, I came within about .05 seconds of a third place podium for “Street Class AWD”; the person I lost to is a popular name we all know, Mr. Ryan Gates

. I took the parts off in October and enjoyed the car stock for a little bit through the winter while I was purchasing a SLEW of parts for the car: Exedy twin disk, an FP red, all the supporting modifications, intake manifold, etc…
Fast forward through the whole winter and to the summer of 2009, I don’t get all my parts in time for a deadline set back in February 2009. It was a combination of a whole bunch of vendors not coming through in time (what else is new

). My car had the same modifications reinstalled June 19, 2009 for the Redline Time Attack taking place the weekend of June 20-21st. For this weekend, boost was upped to 26 psi on 100 unleaded octane fuel and retuned; I was pushing what felt like 350who/340wtq (Dynojet). After that weekend, the car was turned back down to 24 psi and retuned again for pump gas. As of October 25th, 2009, all the stock parts have been installed again, and the car is ready for its next owner to start again.
Maintenance History:
Previous owner had all oil changes performed at South coast Mitsubishi on regular intervals, no doubt using Synthetic Mobil 1 Oil and OEM Mitsubishi oil filter.
Within 1000 miles of me owning the car, an oil change was performed using Amsoil 10w-30 Dominator Oil and a Wix Oil Filter; this is the ONLY oil/filter combination this car has had in it during my ownership.
At 16,4xx miles I replaced all the driveline fluids, again using only Amsoil; MTG in the transmission, SVG in the Transfer Case and Rear Differential; I again get to state that nothing but Amsoil MTG and SVG have been used for their respective parts. This was done before the car had its first ever track weekend. Brake fluid was completely flushed and replaced with Castrol SRF.
Immediately after the track day (the last weekend of April 2008) and something like 17,3xx, another full fluid/filter change was performed and Motul RBF-600 was put into the brake system. Spark plugs replaced with NGK Iridiums.
20,1xx. Oil+Filter change.
At 22,5xx, a full fluid change was performed again. New brake rotors and pads were installed.
26,2xx. Oil+Filter change. Spark plugs replaced with NGK Iridiums.
29,600. Oil+Filter change.
32,2xx. Full fluid change yet again.
36,xx. Oil+Filter change. Brand new Girodisc replacement Rotors and brake pads installed.
Reason for sale:
I have some immediate things I absolutely need to address and the only way to do so is without this car. I’ll be back to the community soon enough provided things go well on my end. I’ll definitely be missing this Evo, it has been my absolute best one yet in every possible aspect.
Modifications that are going to be included with the car include:
-JDM Rear Bumper (you KNOW you love this one

)
-Completely Dynamatted floors, door panels, and rear deck. Double padded over the fuel pump cover; makes for a NICE, QUIET ride. Added only 60 lbs to the overall weight of the car.
-Girodisc Replacement Rotors and Pads, brand new
-SE Lip
-30% 3M window tint
-Whiteline Center Roll Kit and Bushings
-Russel Stainless Steel Brake Lines
-ARC Ti Shift Knob
THAT'S IT! Nothing else! I can include a very nice winter wheel/tire package for a fee if the car is being sold to someone in living in the aforementioned type of climate.
Price:
$25,000 OBO. Lowballers need not PM me.
Not looking for any trades unless it's some beater car (3-4K max) and 20K+ cash.
Thanks,
Mitch
Pics (don't have the lip on, and Robispec suspension still on the car as well)
