Feeler: 2006 Apex Silver EVO IX MR
For Sale: 2006 Lancer Evolution IX MR
21,000 OBO
Tanabe 3" Turboback exhaust, test pipe, walbro 255 pump, HKS intake, HKS turbo timer, Hallman manual boost
controller, MUSE LICP with silicone coupler and Tbolt clamps, APS twin vent bov, Rebuilt transmission, ACT street clutch, ACT Prolite Flywheel, BC racing coilovers, AEM wideband o2 bung welded into downpipe w/ AFR gauge mounted on steering wheel, Wideband AFR Serial output cable located in glovebox, boost gauge, tuned via ECUflash on my laptop by 4WS, boost set to 22-23psi.
Rebuilt Transmission, new clutch/flywheel: About 500 miles ago, I was driving on a Sunday morning and it wouldn't shift into 1st or 2nd gear. I took it to a local transmission shop that I was referred to by the dealership I bought it from and they rebuilt the transmission. New Output shaft assembly, new forks, synchros and bearings. While they were down there I wanted to replace the stock clutch/flywheel. So I bought the ACT street clutch with prolite flywheel and throwout bearing from Rallysportdirect (local) So it should be good in the shifting department for a good while. (I baby the car)
Exterior: Painted the stock evo 8 rims graphite gray with a starburst flake. Repainted the stock Brembo brakes red with silver Brembo stickers.
It has a small dent (will post pics) on the hood, and the roof ( I was driving down the freeway and a truck flipped up a dirt chunk at me and I tried to swerve and it hit the aluminum roof so there is a dent on the roof, It looks easy to get out if you take out the headliner and push them out, I just don't know how!) The previous owner put a license plate frame on the front bumper and they must've not known how to drill a hole straight so it has swirlys, so I bought tabs and painted them silver and put them in the holes, but the swirlys are still there, I used paint matched silver into them so they don't stick out like a sore thumb. I will post pics of everything
Tires: they have about 60% life left on them. They are Maxxis brand, they were on the car when I bought it in December 2008.
Interior: I replaced the seats with EVO 8 SSL all leather seats, they are in great shape! Sony head unit with a front USB input, I replaced the speakers with Sony Xplod speakers, they are a nice upgrade over the stock papers... I will post pics of the interior.
I change the oil every 2800 miles with Mobil 1, and I have a lifetime alignment and have aligned it 3 times within the past 4 months, (adjusted the coilovers to my liking)
Reason for selling: I have some other important things to pay for at the time, so I must save up. My EVO used to be one of my important things in my life but somethings are just more important so the EVO has moved down on the importance scale. I love the car, but I need something super cheap for the time being.
Don't mind my cell phone pics! And my car is a little dirty, it just rained

Good of you to be honest and upfront, kudos for that.
Too bad about the previous owner not taking proper care of it
