2005 Evo GSR Autocross/Track Prepped $14,000 OBO

2005 Evo GSR Autocross/Track Prepped Car For Sale!

***ALL SERIOUS OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED*** I would like to not have to worry about selling this car come this fall. My world get very very busy then.

Sad, but true day. I have come to a point where I want to sell the Evo. Its just lost its fun for me, and for some personal reasons. Plus, I would like to take on a new platform. I will not part this car out. It is setup for track days and autocrossing in Street Modified. It held its own last season in the SM street tire indexed class with a few trophy finishes. And this year took 1st place overall in A class at Winged Warrior.

Mileage: 115000 (75% highway miles)
Condition: KBB - Fair
KBB Price for a stock car is around $12,500
Asking Price: $14,000 OBO for everything. I have over $11,000 invested into parts on this car. You get it all for $2,500.
Current Location: Ohio
Not interested in trades.

Please post up here or PM me if you are serious. If a sale is official, I will remove all stickers and wax the car top to bottom (or leave them - your call).

Racing Pedagree:
AX:
Winged Warrior III: A Class (NASA rules), 5th Place
Winged Warrior IV: A Class, 6th Place
Winged Warrior V: A Class, 1st Place
Saginaw Valley Region SCCA (MI): 1st place in 2008 season for Street Tire Indexing (STI-SM)

Track:
Grattan, MI - 20+ hrs, intermediate/advanced run group, instructor
Waterford Hills, MI - 10 hrs, intermediate/advanced run group
GingerMan, MI - 5 hrs, intermediate/advanced run group

Service:
- On 3rd clutch. OE was removed in great condition at 20k for an ACT to take the racing. At 95,000 miles the ACT came out and a F3.2 was put it. The trans is OE and never has had any issues.
- Transmission fluids changed every 20k.
- Oil changed with synthetic every 3-5k
- TC and Diff are OE, never any issues (fluids replaced every 20k).
- Timing belt, balance belt - replaced every 60k (will be replaced again in early July).

Issues:
- Typical Mitsubishi paint in the front. It is speckled right now.
- Brembos are Brown/Pealing
- Clear coat on wing fading.
- ACD lights, ACD pump works but there all lights stay on. Been this way for 50k.
- Some dings and waves in body.
- Passenger side rear quarter panel was replaced by the dealer for rust warranty. It was a manufacture defect. There is no other rust on this car.
- Some chips in the windshield, all professionally filled.

Otter has great ideas for a 944. My other option is a 04 SVT Focus. I had a 2000 ZX3 with SVT parts prior to the Evo. Fun car too.

Most of the miles on the car are highway. I have driven between CT and OH/MI about a dozen times this year alone. 75 mph off boost for hours on end.

Evening bump for a solid car. I've driven this vehicle numerous times - it's in great mechanical shape, trans is smooth, and handles fast corners with ease.
