Theres no way. In a good market this car would be in the high 30s EASY...
Its not like one can duplicate this car. I mean even if you wanted to, the brakes and paint alone would cost you $12k.
The front brakes alone cost $3200, not to mention the rears are also 4 piston which are like $3k as well.

Good luck with everything Damian, definitely don't let it go for under 30k!! I know how it is trying to sell my "green beast" in this economy. This Evo is definitely worth it!! I would like to also mention that the motor does have Arp rod bolts which are the weakest link in a stock motor. Nothing has been left untouched on this car!!

btw guys ^^^ this is the guy that made it ALL happen on the rebuild. Mad props to the LMS guys for getting the car back on the road.
