Graphic / Flash Logo needed... anyone out there?

Can anyone build a flash animated medallion? I am doing a pro-bono job for my old military unit and I need to build their new logo/medallion to add to a flash intro header on the web page I'm building for them.

It is beyond my ability. I can do one dimensional stuff, but not 2D.

I need a medallion, or coin, to basically be an image that has a shine dance across it. That's it.

Coin can be Gold or Silver. Gold would be best.

It doesn't need to spin or rotate or flip over or anything fancy... just shine from time to time.

So, I need your help graphics and flash guru... PLEASE?

Scott

Something like this?

Obviously this is just a little preview; let me know what you want me to change: background color, animation speed, changing the actual coin, etc.

If you can supply the image of the actual coin you want, that would make it even easier for me.

Yes, that is exactly what I am talking about.

Don't change a thing except, obviously, the coin/medallion.

Here is a link to the image I need to have done. There will need to be some filling in of the "gap" in the design I suppose.

I also have a larger version if you need it.

OR. if it muddies up the image to much, we could just change the black ring and text to a raised Silver or Gold border and have the sheen pass over them similarly.

I'll see what I can do, I'm leaving for work in a couple of minutes, so it should be done tomorrow.

Here's a version with your coin

And another:

Let me know if anything needs to be changed, like the background color around the coin.

You can go to file -> Import -> Import to stage and then select the .swf file, which I have attached here. However, make sure your flash file is at 30fps, otherwise it won't look right. The default fps is 12, so it will play much too slowly.

Okay, I'm an idiot... I imported the .swf and cannot find it anywhere. Not on the stage, not in the library... nothing.

Good grief... I feel like I'm all thumbs all of the sudden.

Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
