I'll pray for your soul Burton,,, and that someone takes you out for icecream. lol

Honestly,,,,, I don't get the whole Godzilla sliding on his tail thing. but it was funny to watch. (I miss watching those old movies)

After a day of driving around with this pulley, I can honestly say I'd make this a recommended mod for anyone looking for some more pep. The car winds up a lot quicker in all rpm ranges and the sluggishness from the 2nd gear is down.
Do I feel it in the seat of my pants? NO. but it's definantly closer to where it should be.

yes, the 08-12 EVO X. Either pulley for the 4b11 motor will work. I'm totally happy with it.

All work and no ice cream makes James emotional. But I'm over it now, BFF's again?

Most of the "haters gonna hate" memes don't make sense. I'm pretty sure that's the point of them

2011 models do not have the raised areas like the 2013's do... sorry guys, but just keep in mind if you have down those needless raised areas it is just more weight coming off the motor...well that's one way of looking at it. RRM is what I went with and I have no idea what the OBX fitment or other pulleys are like.
hope this helps

The RRM one is aid to clear (they claim) but who know's.
I did share some tolerences with the OBX guys and they were going to use them for new runs of their pulley, but still. If you are careful with a grinder and have some patience, it's do-able and reduces engine weight.

thanks for the info. I was looking at the rrm. Im not a fan of obx and I have seen their tolerances be way off in certain products because They used to not have good quality control.

I know this is an old thread but is anyone running the pulley on a 2016 or newer OS? I want to get one but RRE will not return calls or orders. So if purchase one without the Steel insert I am sort afraid of this...

So i started to build a extended woodruff key to offer better connection. But need to know how much it sticks out of the crank. (1mm -1.5mm???) Can anyone help?
