We run about 4 psi safely and that is a good 50 + h.p. at the wheels or 75 h.p. at the crank. It is a good bit of power and proved to be just as fast as a manual trans car at 8 psi. Remember, it is amazing with regards to response etc.... and good h.p. The torque comes on big at 2800 rpm. You feel no lag. Call me about it. I will explain.

But can someone tell me why the 4b11T from the evo with the evo transmission can not be swapped into the outlander? I would think that would be the best alternative with 300 hp and cvt

amen on that or even the motor that the 2012 Sportback Ralliart wagon has....o actually was looking into that mv

Contact me via phone for details. The kit is the same as our other 2.4 liter Lancer kit. From there, special stuff will be quoted via phone. Give a call, ask for me, Rob. thnx

Why not just make one thread in the Outlander Sport sub-section instead of making us all call you? I'd rather have everything laid out on paper in front of me than have to call someone.

We do not concentrate on this kit really so anyone serious about this can call. I will answer everything and then put down on paper whatever is needed once a transaction is going to happen. It is a big purchase and customer deserves my time (on the phone) for this. Thnx

Fair enough, if you do have any basic overviews of the expected HP and TQ numbers please PM them to me. I am weary of modding this thing as I'm not sure the bang for your buck is there...

The h.p. numbers are going to be the same as the Lancer. Same engine, same kit, just a few different pieces to make it fit.

Just stopping by to let you guys know that this is still being looked at. I just saw the weak power of this thing and it definitely needs a good kick in the nads for more power. It's an SUV.lol

Hi there. I'm from Jakarta and just to let you know that Mitsu launched Outlander Sport here mid last year and it was quite a hit. Mostly because Indonesians are impressed with the looks and the km/L it can offer. However I'm quite disapointed with its power and have been cursing myself for buying a CVT, but the traffic in Jakarta is horrible for manual transmission. This is my first car that I bought with my own money and I'm new to modifications and upgrade, been educating myself through websites and internet. I think getting +50whp and high torque at lower rpm is something that I would pay extra for this car. I bet some people would also do the same. Is there anyway I can do that here in Jakarta? Would you kindly share with us here what we could do? Thanks in advance.
