mod, please move it to correct forum if necessary
yes a VR4 galant is consider to be evo's brother in japan and unforunately in the US is a 4 door sedan. Big thanks to Ron, Eric, Wil and Christian for doing a breathtaking job and I cannot be happier with my car. My Galant was bought brand new back in 2003 and doing complete JDM conversions is something I always wanted so I finally pull the trigger and dropped her off at Autowerks. I stopped by and check out the facility and discuss my plans with Ron (owner) on the project. I met Eric and was shown around the place. The facility is huge and everyone was nice and extremely professional like Christian whom did the body work. I was very impressed with what I saw and knew Autowerks is one of the best in the country. so the external is completely done and hopefully few years later i can do a evo 4g63 swap.

^ that's not the point of this conversion and later the 4g63 swap. when i bought her in 2003, max madsen was promoting the whole 2 fast too furious thing, the evo was instock, nice car but i like my galant better.

I dig it. The nose is a heck of a lot nicer than the original version. Do you have any other "before" shots? I'm curious how much was changed. Are those JDM Galant brakes w/aftermarket drilled rotors, or something else?
As for the 4g swap, I'm guessing the orientation of the stock engine/trans requires an Evo motor for this, rather than the original 4g63? Any pictures of the engine bay to give us an idea of the work involved? (Edit: Kunal beat me to it. )
Kudos to Autowerks; that's some good work.

as for the swap, a 4g63 is a direct bolt on since is very similar to my current 4g64. i will take some shots this afternoon.
EDIT: the front brakes are Rotora 4 pot and the rear are stock caliper with rotors from evo 8
