you drive a civic, you are the definition of rice

most mazdas are on the edge of engineering and technology. mazda claims they are the most raced vehicle every weekend out of every manufacturer.

Look at your statement and then look at the name of that site.

I dont know about but I see 10x more civics racing around every evening that I do mazdas.

Drives: 09 MB C63 AMG, 07 VW GLI Turbo(DSG),06 Evo IX SE. 95 Eclipse GSX... Evos gone!

The universal online calculator reveals a engine hp of 281.5hp and 313lb/tq. I think this is the "MR" of the Mazda company. Nothing but a couple of external cosmethics followed by stickier and wider tires with some minor suspension work.

The "upgraded" exhaust probably add up 5hp, that is it.

Have you seen your wing lately?? Plus, I was talking about my USDM Speed 3, not the Aussie "Extreme" edition. That one does look rice, but I'd take the power upgrades. My Speed 3 is pure class. You'd have to get the X to have any of that.

I drive a Honda CRX as my DD and used to drive a Civic VTi with the B16 in it and I'm totally against rice. Civics are terrrific cars: great handling, outstanding gas mileage, good performance and bulletproof reliability. Just b/c a few punks decide to go the 2F2F way don't mean the rest of us are rice.

Your statement is quiet unfortunate.

Actually, it's kind of funny that someone who drives a Lancer OZ (which is basically a base Lancer with the addition of spoilers and the ugliest OZ rims ever made) is making such statement.

Umm....last time I checked, mazda and class (strictly vehicle speaking) was never ever used in the same sentence. Now if you're talking about ferraris', rolls royces', upper end BMW's and Mercedes', etc, then yes those could be considered class.

Mazdaspeed 3 are nice cars, but they look like a beefed up focus to me.

Entrance speed into a corner is almost similar, but exit speed the evo/sti is quicker due to awd and suspension setup.

That doesnt answer the question, only a variable of the question. Oh and the Evo just looks like a beefed up lancer.....so whats your point? The lancer and the focus are equal in terms of sh!t. I would take a Mazda 3 over a reg lancer OR a reg focus.

I'm too lazy to go searching for the exact articles to answer your question, but just what I have seen at the track and information I have obtained here and there.

That's great...but I wouldnt use class and with any vehicles from mitsu/subaru/mazda in the same sentence (strictly vehicle speaking). Unlike many owners, I dont believe I drive God's gift to car. Lots of nutswingers from every car manufacturer.

Lower horse power/higher torque than the usdm ms3. Probably comes out to be pretty similar to the one here. Annoying how they put all those extreme stickers and Ronald Mcdonald color scheme on the car.
