A large glass of water before you go to bed and after you wake up will do more for you than any energy drink or coffee. Not being lazy and living life helps as well. Ive found a new level of strength and awareness in myself after I stopped drinking them... Beer too. I may have a beer or two here and there but I BARELY ever drink and I dont get drunk when I do. It has made me sharper, more focused and far more fit. Working out and training have done wonders as well. I eat whatever i want, whenever i want and I still feel great.
You dont NEED energy drinks. Believe me. I used to drink them constantly and never noticed they helped or really did anything. I stopped drinking and didnt notice a difference, except I had more money and I was healthier.

+2 ^ Theyre just capitalizing on the way our society runs, everythings gotta be instantaneous and help us get 26 hours worth of stuff done in 24 hour days. The whole idea is genius because its making these comapnies a s*it ton of money, so hey more power to em. The stupid things really dont work, just one more addiction haha.

Rockstars are the worst tasting out of all the energy drinks out there, monsters are pretty gross too.

You can make your own energy drink.
Water, sugar, and add some caffeine tablets. Sweeten to taste with some concentrated fruit juices.

Last summer my girl friend was drinking her usual Monster in the a.m. and found about 1/2 of the remains of a frog in the can. Contacted Monster, they didn't give a crap. Needless to say, she's off of energy drinks for good.
