S hit staff was a joke. Made that in 3.5 years. Thank you Air Force retention plan. Still took 11 months to sew on the damn thing. I missed tech by 25 my first time testing last year. My goal was tech by ten, but the way it looks, I should have it on by 8. Mo money

gonzo Depends on when you made E-5 on whether it was a joke or not, did you make it during the great give away? Trust me I am not bashing you, its just that some of the new E-5s dont have a clue on what most went through to make it. I cant test for crap, so I have to really work hard at it.

Yup, the great giveaway. Thats why it was a joke. I still know people who tested when the percentages were over 50% and 60% and still didnt make it. I'm talking about 3 and 4 time testers. I didnt expect to make staff until like 6 years in. But the percentages were really high when it was my turn to test. I earned BTZ and pretty much the whole shop was pushing for me to make it. My scores were low too. But seeing as I scored the same exact on staff and tech, I need to study.
Well good luck with tech and all. I heard if you study like 6 months out, you should do really good on the test. Later
