I like the function of the APS. How does it sound compared to the Greddy RS?

^I don't know - I haven't run it. I know a few from the NW are, so maybe they can chime in.

I love mine. Fixed all my surging/bucking problems in my MR with the stock diverter valve. My stock dv wasn't happy at 26psi and with the APS it holds like a champ. With my ARC intake which makes it echo some its pretty audible. I would say a notch below the Greddy but much louder than stock IX dv. Just driving around and low boost it's about the same. Only really gets loud once you hit the secondary port. My main appreciation is that drivability is absolutely perfect with no flutter/surge whatsoever and it's held upwards of 30psi for me no problem.
Oh and $175 is an excellent price for almost new. IIRC thats about what I got mine for with similiar mileage on it.

APS is win. It sounds like a BOV that doesn't surge or flutter, holds boost, and goes whoosh.

You guys trying to get me to keep it? I really wish I felt like getting a 2nd upper for the time being to do some switching and figure out which I really want to keep. Alas, another project has reared its head...

I'm not sure, but I think it will mount to the stock IX dv flange. Dammit, I'd totally sell it to you (I still owe you one) but I'm meeting someone tomorrow that sounds like they are going to take it.

I'm just kicking tires right now. I actualy need tires first for that car in the 19" flavor. Kinda spendy.
