Holy back from the dead....were you in a POW camp or what? Glad to see someone old school is still around with a built evo...if I see one more "what boost controller should I get" thread on here by a newb who joined this past month im going to jump off my roof.

Sometimes I check this forum and try to remind myself its not 2003 again...so many new names around

Finally built the engine from the ground up....race bearings, o-ringed the block, etc...should be interesting at 40+psi.

Stay tuned superman.

When the money tree in my back yard finally starts growing...

We are hoping to make Team ONeil in May in NH.. Or MAYBE spring Rally New York, or NEFR worst case.. But NEFR comes at a bad time of year for me..

I dont think i need the beam anyways... I think I can use another bracket.

Drives: 3000gt Vr4's

Hey guys hows it going im new to the forums and its good to see that there is a large community in CT. I am currently into the 3000gt vr4's and currently have a couple of them. I have always liked evos but they were always pretty pricey but now they have dropped down into my price range and i want one now. Im looking to get one sometime in the spring. I like in roxbury,CT which is next to southbury and only about 25 min from danbury if you guys know where that is. I plan on doing a good amount of research this winter and hopefully get to test drive a couple before i go and purchase one. Do you guys have meet regularly? I know the pike has alot of car shows and i go there alot with the 300gt guys. I would def like to meet up with you guys sometime and maybe get a ride in a couple cars which would be sweet. Ill keep my eye out if you guys have a meet soon but idk how many of you drive your in the winter. Well look forward to seeing you guys and ill be searching.

Welcome to the community.. What color is your VR4?? and i bet with the evo you wont go on pike that much any more LOL.. cops just love us up there..
And before you buy an Evo, make sure you test drive it, bring a mechanic to check the engine, or take it to Mitsubishi dealer.. Prices are really good, and ind if you want even lower prices, check around NH and MA.. they seem to have more evos then us.
GL with the find.

If you are in Danbury area, talk to the guys at EFI Logics about checking out a car for you before you buy it. Very good guys that build some serious road race cars.
