Think it'll take away from the valve cover? I like the stock strut bar and wanted it to stand out so I figured why not go with the same color.

I wouldn't do the strut bar either... I think it will be too much.

My E30 got hauled today by the PPA, wtf. Now I have to spend my Evo money to get it back before the storing fee piles up!

Yea, it looks like something is developing out west. It may not hit until later about 8 or so. If that is the case, I will already have 7 runs in!!!
I am still planning on going before 5.

My wife just got an 06 Cooper S 6-spd back in March. Its a fun little car to drive. It handles like a mother****er. I bet its quicker through corners than my Evo, although it would just get murdered on any kind of straight. It makes great low-end torque but could use a little more power up top. Also, the gears are super short, your shifting all the time. On the 3-4 upshift I would say the revs only drop maybe 400-500rpm or so.
Tell you what Jay, I think I'm going to drive it to Oakes BBQ tomorrow, if you want, I could take you out in it so you can form your own opinion. Let me know because I'm not sure what her plans are and she doesn't really like driving the Accord.
