ATTENTION: To all attending the meet. There will be no alcohol inside the park. If it is seen or found you will be kicked out. There will be no burn outs, donuts, (dunking donuts can come) or any stupid act allowed. There will be rangers walking around and ready to catch you. You will be ticketed by Hopatcong police and then kicked out. So please be respectful and don't mess it up for everyone. Thank you for your respect.
Meet date is October 28th, 2006 Saturday... If it happens to rain on the meet day, the meet will be held the next day. October 29th, 2006 SUNDAY. The weather looks like it is suppose to be 40 to 50 with no rain but just yesterday they said "CHANCE of rain". I will know what we are doing on Friday. If its a go then I will post it in this thread in a post. ALSO if it is just am rain we will have a delayed opening. LOL. Meet time at the pre meet spot will be at 12pm. and then so on.

AS OF RIGHT NOW meet changed. to sunday. same time's same place just a differnet day. it is going to rain all day saturday. so this also seems to be better for most people i talk to anyway.

Pre meet is as follows: Rockaway Township Mall at 915-9:30 am at the food court parking lot.
COMING WEST ON Route 80.
You want to take exit 35. Go around bend. You will come up to traffic light. MAKE RIGHT AROUND THE BEND and you will come to another light. Make another RIGHT. Follow around till you see sears on your left side. KEEP GOING AROUND food works is right behind there. I will park or have a car parked where you make the left into the pre meet spot.

COMING EAST ON RT 80.
You will wanna take exit 35. STAY RIGHT. Follow to traffic light. MAKE RIGHT. Come to another light and make another RIGHT. Follow around till you see sears on your left side. KEEP GOING AROUND food works is right behind there. I will park or have a car park where you make the left into the pre meet up spot.

We will be leaving the pre meet spot AT 10:00-10:15 am. Anyone still on there way please call someone that is at the pre meet spot or myself at 973 919 1174. Let me know were you are.

People meeting at the HOPATCONG STATE PARK be there at 10:45-11:00 am.
We will have a buddy system on the way to the park. This way no one gets lost if 50+ cars show up and we hit a red light or something on the way. There will be people there that know where they are going that will be in the front middle and back of the line.

We want to try and be at the park at 10:30-10:45 am. as many requested to park in sections your wish is granted. we will work that out as we roll in and set up.
BBQ will start as soon as possible. There will be hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks, and what ever else brings.
So lets go guys and gals. Clean the rides your bringing and have a great time.

Hey man wassup. I got a car club with a couple of evos and some other sport compacts in middlesex county. This sounds like something we might be up for. I think I have work that weekend but Ill try to switch.

I wish I could show up. Never been to one before, but it sounds like it would be a lot of fun. I'm in college right now, but I'm gonna try to get that weekend off. I'll let you know at a later date if I can attend.

hmm... what color is the skyline?

i saw a red skyline few years ago on the turnpike around exit 14 coming south where it splits to car and truck lane.

Talked to the park people a couple min. ago they said all is fine that the park will be open. Pinic area is available with ample parking for everyone. Come and enjoy all makes and models welcome
