I'd recommend a FMIC for sure, Buschur or AMS would be good options, I've got the Buschur and love it. You could feel the factory FMIC heat soak in rush hour traffic let alone in really hard driving and with the Buschur now I never have any heat soak or power loss. Also a Downpipe/o2 Housing like the AMS widemouth or ETS wastegate dump would be a nice improvement over the downpipe you've got and probably net another 10whp from that swap alone.

O2 elim dp = 9whp/5wtq on stock turbo/pump gas; not bad at all IMO.

An intercooler would also be a great idea as already mentioned. I'd personally go ETS, Perrin, AMS, or MAP if they're willing to make you one of their prototypes like I have.
