I beat a modded STI when I was stock, I think he just sucked *** at driving, but who knows.

I owned one when I only had a boost controller, K&N filter and dynoflash. he was pissed.

owned 3. 1 from a roll and the other 2 from a complete stop. They are pretty quick, but not quick enough.

For every post that says they've "owned one" on Evo.net, there's one on NASIOC or other Subaru sites that say they have no trouble offing Evos. The question doesn't mean much and depends a lot on how much of a cheerleader you are.

i almost keep up with an wrx in a stock crappy neon rental i had...drove good enough to get the guy to stop and chat afterwards.

it all personal choice on who you pull for me i say the evo can smoke them but also lot to do with driver

my buddy has one, he isnt stock, and can drive. but we are going to go on a route in the mountains, against the clock. i ride with him, he rides with me. forget 1/4 mile- what is this fast and furious. lol. he'll probably smoke me, but hey who cares. i will use my secret intercooller spray switch. oh wait............... i am screwed.
