I think he's talking about Sierra the guys that are being talked about in this thread yo.
Your video is cool though. That thing puts power down, and you carried speed through everything like a spec miata. But then when you hit the throttle it's gone!

Video(s)
There was a magazine at the event that did three different videos of sessions on the track. Two shooting the track and one focused on the driver and should be released soon.

Pectel and Pi make a wide range($ to $$$$) of loggers and ECUs. Cosworth is now selling an STi ECU as well. Which would make me think based upon their past E2 and C2 ECUs, they will be making an EVO X ecu as well.
To whoever is running pots and load cells, have you thought about laser ride heights. I know the Pi ones are in fact are a great unit.

That is news to me,
from my education, mike Lanc. and the guys from AER were originally the designers of the pectel system. If i was mis-educated from them while we worked together thats news to me.
I know that cosworth sells the pectel system as their own, which had confused me.
Thanks for your input, now i can send some emails and ask some questions.
cheers

EDIT:
here is a excerpt about mike lancaster owner of AER..
"The Pectel electronics associated with that engine were the creation of Mike Lancaster’s Pectel company, and the formation of AER saw Lancaster looking for “the best and most enthusiastic engineers.” Tim Baker was on board the good ship AER from the start."

From what I understand, the guys that started Pectel sold the rights to the company to Pi Research, which later got combined with Cosworth. After Pectel they started a new company called Life Racing which was associated with AER.

What said above is a lot closer to reality. I do not know if they sold 100% of the rights or if there were two parties and one party sold their stake.
That is probably the layman's terms without getting into the details of ownership of Cosworth and Pi (Ford, Kalkhoven...etc)
