The way it works is, you pick 3 drivers for your "team", then you pick the real team you want as your "team".

Points are scored based off of qualifying, and how they do in the race. you can only pick 1 "A" driver, and 2 "B" drivers, and you don't want to keep the same driver the entire year as your drivers can only start 4 races in a season (any more then that and they don't get any points for your team), so you will need to cycle through some of the different drivers through the year.

Did you guys see Ron Dennis is stepping down at McLaren? He is still going to run the company, but Martin Whitmarsh is going to run the team from now on. Theres been so much speculation about this for the last year or so, looks like it finally happened.

I smell a MM driver's constructor's title SWEEP!!! Rules are meant to be exploited and KERS will probably be a benefit to those who have the best/sneakiest design. Hopefully we have as many rain races as we do dry races. I'm waiting for a Vettel Hamilton showdown this year. Politics aside, this should be an awesome season!!
