Just got a chance to install them today... must say, this is probably one of the best mods I've done in a while! They lower the seat to a great seating position (for me anyway). Can't wait to use them at the track this comin Friday!

Let us know what you think at the track. For me it really made a difference in the driving experience all the controls felt like they were in the correct position finally.

You're right, and EVO with a low seat is a must have! You get the EVO, I've got the lowering brackets.

I've considered it. The STI has poor seats, with no lateral support to begin with. So it's less desirable to keep that piece of junk and out money into it. I also think the seats are riveted to the sliders.

True....the STi seats are bouncy and have little support. Pretty crappy. A lot of people do like to keep them for the side airbags though.

I totally forgot to reply. The seat brackets work great. It helps put my right hand into a better shifting position than the stock height. Additionally I found it much easier to shift as the pedals were easier to press. I made the mistake of not getting enough sleep before the track day, so my lap times suffered as the day progressed. However, my first session of the day allowed me to match my fastest time at that track on lesser tires!

I'll be unavailable April 21st - April 30th and won't be shipping during that time. If you were looking for brackets around then order by this Friday the 18th.

Just a heads up in case people are banking on them for something like a track day.
