I took this pictures on SEMA 2008 on ROADWIRE Booth this people is the authorized leather distributor program for Mitsubishi.

The Canadian edition of the 2009 Lancer GTS (non-Ralliart, sorry to intrude this thread if I am), on the S&S pkg, (heated) leather seats are included.
Apparently I hear leather seats dont come in the US 09 GTS w/S&S pkg..

I put in a call to the company that makes these for Mitsubishi and they decided they didnt need to call me back, apparently. So Im going to try to call again this week for pricing.
