0-60 Times Launch/No Launch Tune/No Tune

Hey guys, I am trying to figure out some real world 0-60 time without launching the crap out of the car and maybe some with a full launch on the SST (stock vs tune). . .

Also, what are some 0-60 times of SST with a tune and full exhaust ?

without launching and with a tune, i was making 5.5 0-6.

however with launching i was sitting at 4.8-4.9. huge difference

i never really tested it as stock but i can imagine around 5.7 5.8 and 5.1 5.2

4.7s no launch

how did you manage to get 4.7 without launching thats like IMPOSSIBLE DUDEEEEEEEE.

I'd say using launch control i'm hitting mid 5's 0-60. MAYBE low 5's..but thats a big maybe.

nope .. not impossible .. just depends on the guy messing with the ECU

.. its in KMH .. so 60 mph is around the 9-10 o'clock position

my best with k and n perrin downpipe/ borla and cobb was 4.7 and no spare in truck just in sport

Hehehe, I didn't see that vid before. Did she get mad at you? LOL. My wife over time has gotten used to me accelerating hard. Now, if only she'd stop freaking when I make a corner :-P

BTW, for me 4.8-5.0 NO LAUNCH w/Tune...cone filter, Perrin Inlet, Nisei UICP, TRULY STOCK exhaust. LOL.

w/Launch...uh, Still haven't gotten a good reading because the ASC light pops on...can't do it without the SLOWDOWN. SSP Tranny fluid here I come!!!

Launch 4.0-4.1.

Both of the above test was done when I had fewer mods, should be a bit quicker by now

09RA tune and exhaust I hit mid 5's

would post a vid, put I'd prob get in trouble.

Law of decreasing returns comes into effect...which kinda sucks actually. That and the minor fact that as gunzo eluded to on the other forums we don't launch at Full Boost. I'm guessing if we did...things would go KABOOM very quickly!
