SST missing a shift?

Well here's the story.

I had just finished flashing my car with the COBB AP stage 1 car is completely stock other than that.

While driving around fairly aggressively in sport mode auto shifting I slowed for a bump in the road to about 10 mph and afterward opened the car up to almost full throttle. When I did this it began to accelerate but at the shift point it was like it missed the shift and instead red-lined the car to 7500 rpms. I let off the gas and coasted for a bit... once I re-applied the gas the car seemed to move and drive as normal.

No warning lights or "slow down"s were given and the car did not throw any codes.

Does anyone know why this might have happened? Or ever experienced it themselves?

Drives: Wicked White Evo X MR

The ecu takes time to relearn the shift points after the tune and you will bounce off the rev limiter until it does so. This is not uncommon and happens with minor boltons as well. Just drive like normal and the problem will fix itself! Cheers
