Just to let everyone know, we don't have a special agenda or anything planned.
Figured we get to know each other and our cars for awhile in the parking lot, then maybe head inside for some food/drinks/games.
Also, for those that don't know the area, there is a sweet-*** Casino a few miles down I-70 called the Ameristar. It's the only one around that actually has a poker room if you're interested in that.

Man we need to hire a Armed Guard or somthing if we end up heading into dave and busters.
That many rare or at least hard to get cars may bring out the bad in some people.
Man I hope not!
I agree with the tire screeching comment, we are going to be eyeballed as it is from the riverport police.

Ya I think it will be a good Idea to always have a few people hang out by the cars that way we don't have to worry about them getting messed with. We can take turns that way nobody gets screwed on fun time, what does everyone think about this?

Turns out a buddy of mine is back from across seas (Iraq, Afganistan - he's been everywhere), and he's throwing a welcome back party later that afternoon. So, I'll be heading out afterwards instead of heading up a trek to the casino.
Damn, I was feeling pretty good about the cards too! haha.

I agree, it was great to see everyone at the gtg. What a great day too, and lots of nice cars all in one location! I was actually winning the 3x race In D&B's arcade (for a short moment) with my brotherin law Jeremy and Nathan, then I crashed-out big-time and ended-up in third..... .
I was sorry to have to bolt early to keep my wife from getting bent out of shape. You know its the "car is more important than me trip". I asked her to come with me , but this is not her idea of fun. The really intersting thing was that in my efforts to get home in time I almost got a ticket. It required a little side trip through the country and I ended-up late anyway! Found some really cool twisty roads in the process though!!
Anyway thanks for thinking of me guys, even though I am a VW guy right now. Keep me posted of any future gtg's and I will try to get more time next time!

STL DB Meet 5-15
I was impressed to come around the corner and see what I saw, a bunch of nice cars:Evo's, SRT-4's, WRX's, and a STI. I arrived late and didn't go in but had a good time even after getting a test ride from Jeremy in his Quick Bad Evo.
Nice to finally meet the locals on this site, esspecially you Nathan. I can't wait until the next time. Hopefully we can meet at Gateway on a Tuse. or Wed. night and watch some drag races.
The drive home was fun and safe ( 3 Evo's and 1 STI). And I hope everyone who was there got home safe.

I had a great time, the weather was perfect and we had a good turn out. Some very nice cars and great people! I have attached a few pics that I took so enjoy.
The first pic are the two guys that drove up with me from the Republic/Springfield area, a couple of great cars. Thanks for the extended fun!
