The only place I've seen it around here was at a Joe's Gas station in Spring Grove, PA. Its between Hanover and York.

I have yet to see E85 commercially in the Baltimore/Washington area....

edit: Checked above and the only commercial place is the Chevron in Laurel and the Citgo on West St. Annapolis.....
