Hi, I am rebuilding my pump with your kit. On disassembly, I pulled the sealed bearing and rubber seal out of the housing, I lost track of where the wave washer was located. Is it between the bearing and the seal, or between the seal and housing? I have unfortunately already placed it between the seal and housing, and I think its wrong. I'm trying to find a way to remove the seal without damaging it. Thanks for your help and the great kit.

hi, haven't seen your message before... MY guess is that the pressure sensor on your pump is broken...

do you get 3 lights on immediately when you switch the ignition on and the lights stay on?
also, check the ACD pump fuse, on the positive terminal of the battery...
or, it could be a seized motor on the pump... Try powering the pump manually , you can do it on the pump relay that is located above the engine..

Since you know so much about the ACD pumps what could be a cause of the pump not starting up when you turn the key and press the gas? It throws the code 82. I've been trying to get to it to see if the motor will turn if it is directly powered but haven't gotten to yet. Any help would be appreciated. Just bought it a couple months ago so I don't know its history. The lights were on when I got it.
